    Sound familiar?

    You're smart. You're capable.
    And you're completely stuck.

You don't have a motivation problem. You have a missing-infrastructure problem.

      01
You've been "thinking about it" for months.

Every time you sit down to start, you open 14 tabs, hit contradicting advice, and close the laptop feeling worse than when you opened it.

      02
      You've bought the courses.

$297 here, $497 there. Each one taught you a sliver. None gave you the whole picture — or the tools to actually execute.

      03
You've bought domains at 11 PM.

"For my future business." They auto-renewed twice. The business still doesn't exist.

      04
You're drowning in information, starving for a system.

You know about landing pages, email sequences, and funnels. You've never built one end-to-end — because nobody showed you how the pieces connect.

    The problem isn't you.

The problem is that nobody gave you the infrastructure.

    The reframe

You don't have a motivation problem.
    You have a missing-infrastructure problem.

The difference between people who launch and people who stay stuck isn't talent, time, or courage. It's whether they have a system that connects every step — from idea to revenue — so they never have to decide what to do next.

    The 90-day arc

Three phases. Three gates. All three legit finishes.

Each phase ends with a decision point where you can keep going, pivot, or kill it — on purpose, with data. No sunk-cost spiral.

    01Days 0–30

    Ship

Validate, scope, build V1, wire payments, make a real sale.

    🚩 GateDay 30 — shipped, almost-shipped, pivoted, or killed.
    02Days 31–60

    Find

Sean Ellis survey, retention data, V1.1, second launch.

🚩 GateDay 60 — confirmed (40%+ "very disappointed") or pivot with data.
    03Days 61–90

    Scale

$10K MRR math, automation map, product ladder vs. product-#2.

    🚩 GateDay 90 — mapped path to revenue + 10-hour operating cadence.

Inside the Kit: 9 numbered modules (0–8) + Module 6 (the 10-Hour Business Week) running underneath from Day 31 as your weekly cadence. See the full module breakdown →

    Who built this

Molly Shelestak — the PM who ships products for a living

Built by a PM who ships products for a living.

I've spent 20+ years as a product manager in tech infrastructure — currently at Heap by Contentsquare. My job is to build systems that ship products at scale. I'm not guessing at what works.

While doing that full-time job, I built three businesses on the side: a SaaS product (Outli.ne), a consulting practice (Diversified Fun), and a build partnership practice (Unstuck with Molly). Not because I'm superhuman. Because I used the same frameworks I use at work.

The turning point came during a database migration project that recovered $5M in lost revenue. I was running the same validation frameworks, the same sprint-based execution playbooks that PMs use on million-dollar initiatives.

And I thought: "Why am I using these frameworks at work to ship products worth millions, but staring at a blank page when I try to build my own thing?"

So I adapted them. RICE scoring for idea validation. JTBD for product scoping. Sprint planning for building. Funnel engineering for launch.

That's what The Ship It System is. The actual infrastructure — translated, templatized, and AI-accelerated — so you can ship like a PM without needing 20 years of experience.

Why this pricing isn't made up

    A PM built the pricing.

Every stated value below is benchmarked against a named, publicly-priced competitor — Copyhackers, Lenny, Justin Welsh, PromptBase, Glassdoor. Ratios held under 9×, on purpose. Standard internet-marketing stacks claim 5–20×. We don't.

    Cost of decision fatigue

    $509,023

    per month

9× the average monthly salary of an individual credit officer. That's what one bias cost a real bank when 26,501 decisions were analyzed.

Baer & Schnall, Royal Society Open Science, 2021 · DOI 10.1098/rsos.201059

You're not paying for templates. You're paying to stop paying a tax that runs 9× your time-cost per month in defaults and rework.

See it run on a real product

Watch a theoretical shipper walk all three layers.

Meet Riya — a senior PM building a $9/mo paid newsletter on weekends. Same locked idea, run through twelve modules across all three Ship It System layers. Twelve paste-ready artifacts, zero contradictions, because every module reads the same User Context.
