Quick detour · What is PMF?

    Product-market fit, in plain English.

PMF (product-market fit) is the moment people actually want what you built — enough that they keep using it, tell their friends, and would be genuinely bummed if it disappeared. Before PMF, you're pushing the rock uphill. After PMF, the rock starts rolling on its own.

    Quick example

You launch a $19 Notion template for freelancers. Week 1: 8 people buy. Week 2: 6 of them email you unprompted asking for a Pro version. Week 3: two post about it on LinkedIn and you wake up to 14 new sales. That pull — buyers chasing you instead of you chasing buyers — is PMF starting to show up.

The Kit measures it at Day 60 with the Sean Ellis survey: if 40%+ of users say they'd be "very disappointed" without your product, you have signal. If not, you pivot or kill — with data, not vibes.

The Bundle: Kit + Marketing OS, save $49.

    Before you buy

    Frequently asked.

← real questions Molly gets every week
How is this different from the free AI Build Partner?+

The AI Build Partner is the methodology — the /unstuck commands, frameworks, voice. The Kit is the execution layer on top: 24 plug-and-play templates, a 9-module day-by-day playbook, the Sprint Task Database. Free version = 'I understand what to do.' Kit = 'I have the templates that produce the artifacts.'

I'm an engineer who'd rather write my own templates. Why pay $74.50?+

If you'd rather build these templates yourself (each is 3–8 hours of structured work — call it 100 hours total), absolutely do it. You'll learn more. The Kit exists for people whose 7–10 weekly hours are better spent shipping than reinventing project-management scaffolding.

What's the difference between the Kit and the Bundle?+

The Bundle ($179) is Kit + Marketing OS. Kit gives you the day-by-day playbook + 24 build templates. Marketing OS adds 25 AI skills that draft your landing pages / emails / ads — exactly the work Days 22–25 of the Kit covers. Most Kit buyers grab MOS within a week, which is why the $49 bundle savings exist.

↑ this is the one most people ask
Does this work for service businesses, not just SaaS?+

Yes. Phase 2 (Scope) has a Service Scope Variant — Format = engagement length, Price = rate structure, Platform = contract + calendar. Several templates handle services explicitly. 'First sale by Day 30' maps cleanly to landing your first paid client.

What if I miss a day during the sprint?+

Forgive it, resume at next scheduled session, do NOT double up. One missed session = 90% rate, which is excellent. A full week missed triggers Sprint Zero (cut 20% scope, restart with one session). Built into the playbook because life happens.

    What if it's not a fit?+

All sales are final for digital products (the whole thing is downloadable on day one). But you have a real way to de-risk: run the free AI Build Partner first — it's the same methodology as the Kit, no payment, no email gate. If the methodology clicks, the Kit is the execution layer on top. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing. Still on the fence? Email hello@unstuckwithmolly.com and Molly will personally help you decide.
